Someone on my team just quit, they posted an opening to replace them. The low end of the pay range is more than I make and I’ve been there for 5 years. Im thinking about quitting and applying for the job. Heck, with 5 years experience in the EXACT job, I should be able to hit the middle of that range and get a $12k a year raise.
