I've been working at this company for almost two years now. After my training of around 3 months, I used to be assigned on projects which I had to manage from scratch design to dispatch which was very good in the sense of learning. But recently(since last 2 months) I've been told that due to workforce crunch in another factory(different country) of my company, I will be doing the drawings for their projects(drawings only) remotely working from my factory. I am really not happy working because it is just drawings and drawings day in and day out. None of the other colleagues speak to me since I am not involved in anything relating to the work done in my factory(research and development,testing, project management, new projects, new initiatives etc), so they don't really have to approach me. I have been told by boss that i will be the only resource doing these drawing and no other person must be involved.
I don't really see the scope of growth. I feel left out. It is really difficult to survive everyday.
