So I quit my job last week for personal reasons, and after receiving my paystub I noticed my commissions weren’t included (it was a sales job so commissions are the majority of my pay). After reaching out to my manager, he told me I forfeited my commissions by not putting in a two week notice, “as stated in the employee handbook”. Is this legal? I feel pretty cheated, especially bc I was 2nd in our store for sales for the entirety of the month. Any help would be greatly appreciated
