Antiwork

Just a friendly reminder to not post about your work to your socials.

Little context, I work at a warehouse, I'm in a strange position, not a regular floor worker but not quite management. I still have a bunch of friends on my Facebook from when I was a floor worker. Just got called into a meeting with the head of HR because someone reported a Facebook post to them. It wasn't even my post, I was just responding to one of my coworkers, letting him vent a little. Ive been working my ass off for this company and I just put in for a promotion that is a perfect fit for me and my experience, guess that's never gonna happen now.

My reputation is severely damaged now and I will be leaving. They're gonna pay me to find a new job though cause my sole focus is to find somewhere less petty, and I will be using my work computer to do it on the clock.

Just wanted to remind everyone, HR is not your friend and honestly your coworkers probably aren't either.
