Just a question: If my boss has owed me money for3+ months with promises that it will be on my next check, how seriously would the department of labor take this issue?

Not sure if this belongs here, but I’ve seen quite a few members comment on Labor Board processes albeit different circumstances. I’ve been bartending at my job since October, and have been scheduled as such. Unfortunately I didn’t start getting paid proper wages for such (though promised otherwise, in person and over text) until the last week of December. He has told me verbally it will be on my next paycheck for the last 3 weeks. We don’t get paid until next week and if I am not paid is it worth it to report?
