After 9 years of no promotions. Less than 3% pay raises, and nearly getting laid off. I turn 65 this year. I now work a 9/80 shift. instead of a 4/10 shift, and I am tired of giving a multinational defense contractor any more charity. At the very least this will give them time to consider negotiations.
