I've been working at this job for about a year that is so unnecessarily stressful because of my coworkers/higher ups. One of the guys who's not a manager but is technically in charge of the lower workers would literally yell all the time and it's clear the manager he has had several complaints from coworkers but the bosses just excuse his behavior.
Just this week I managed to get on his bad side by not allowing him to take out his anger on me and he straight up harassed me for the rest of the time I was there.
I'm sure I'll have a good amount of shitty coworkers in my future now but it's so relieving knowing I'll never have to work with this particular guy again.
