I’m the manager of a gym in a really high income area that caters to rich people (high prices, butler like customer service, hecka amenities, you get it). A woman wants to interview for a job, coming from what I would be our main competitor. The owner used to tell me horror stories of people paid like this and until today I straight up didn’t believe him. I told my coworker who is a brand new dad, he thinks it should be criminal because she is making like $3.78 hr after tax including all hours worked.
