Just got a job offer for a position I can’t really say no to, it’s higher salary, full benefits, retirement, everything you can think of, but my current boss has been an amazing person, he already gave me a salary increase to get me to work there after first being hesitant and saying no, and worked with me on certain benefits they were missing like healthcare.
He’s gone out of his way to give me the best tools and equipment to do my job the best and continues to spoil me with upgraded tools whenever I even mention something. He’s been cool with me even takes me out to comped nice lunches, cigar bars, work from home option, and so much trust to just do my thing. Never experienced a boss like this and I have to give in my 2 weeks tomorrow,
Plus I-just got covid and working from home so can’t see him face to face, any advice on how to handle this?
