so I'm at the grocery store hearing two boys talk about how much they hate working. so i stop in and we get to talking and one of them says i hate this is my life. i gently explain to him that this job is not his life it's what pays for his life. he then asks me what life and i say your life of gaming with your friends, the life of you driving your pickup truck down a back road as fast as you can go.. etc.
they both lite up and say how it's all a state of mind. then i council-ed one to get some life experience and go to college for marketing because he wants to make films. i had been feeling helpless because my life of injuries and disabilities had me trapped these kids had nothing like that and were young enough to escape and they are of the mind set they are trapped here in BFE..
the level of indoctrination of the youth of america is extreme.
