My employer just notified me they are putting me on a furlough until 1/2/24. I’m a full time , salary employee in California. This is the first time this has happened to me and I’m not sure what I should ask or what I should be watching out for.
A few questions I’ve got so far:
What happens to my accrued vacation time?
What happens to my health insurance reimbursement payments?
Anything else you all can help me with so I don’t get screwed over?
