I just walked out on my job that I had for the last year, and it felt great. I waited until I secured a new (and better) position, and I didn't realize just how poorly I was being treated until I finally began my new position.
I work in a Skilled labor field, and I was pleasantly surprised with my new gig, and to be honest I'm feeling a lot better. There is better out there y'all. Just takes time and some effort to find it. I know every job has it's bullshit, but good golly it felt nice to say fuck you to the old company.
For those who care, I left Sinatra and Company Real Estate.
The owner of the company, Nick Sinatra, owed upwards of $1.2 Million and called it a “Business Decision.”
