Just went back to the office last week. Today, someone lied to my boss complaining that I was asleep at my desk.

I have never fallen asleep at my desk. It’s a new job and I don’t know anyone at the building as the rest of my team is spread out. I have no idea why someone would make up this complaint. Luckily my manager didn’t believe it for a second but it’s stuff like this that adds to why people prefer to WFH.
