learn other peoples salaries about pissed

sorry mess up the title, english is not my first language I'm so frustrated, I start a job about 3 months ago and learn last month that the person under me get about the same thing as me (junior 65k vs technicien 63k). In my probation document, I say that I want more challenge and to take on a regular role (not junior as I am learning what everyone is doing) I keep helping my college finishing their work since they cant keep up with deadline. So I say when I get more complicate stuff I would like to talk about a change of role/raise. Just after I got a passif agressif email from my boss about a mistake (that I didnt even make!). I'm expecting her to keep doing that to put in my face that I'm not good enought to do more. What argument can I use without…

more info, he as been working for about a year here with a technical degree and is way older. I have a bachelor and 3 years experience but im 26f. This company say they are pround of their equality (bullshit).The other women I helped is in her 40th, with a technical degree and is closer to 75-80k. when I was looking for that job 65k was my lowest but the recruter say it was what they were offering…
