My partner recently found an email printed out and left on the printer for anyone to find that criticizes their work practices. Not that my partner isn’t performing to task, just pointing out that my partner found something and must have too much time to find issues like that.
This isn’t the first time this happened either. My partner saw the same behaviors and actions at their last workplace they eventually fired from (without reason, at-will state).
Is this some kind of office manager strategy to push employees to quit?
