Leaving with style

I just put in my resignation and it's been a crazy couple of months. I got suspended for something and I felt I was over punished. It's was one step away from termination and I do not agree to this level of discipline. And then I decided to grieve it and afterwards I experience workplace harassment. I asked to change team and company declined my request. Eventually it came to a point where I'm just breaking down at work. My mental health was declining and it was affecting my relationship with mt friends and family. I made the decision to leave this job. It's a well paying job with amazing benefits but my self worth is worth more than a pretty penny. I still have a week or so left but I recently told some of my co-workers what happened. One of them suggest me take this a step further…

I just put in my resignation and it's been a crazy couple of months. I got suspended for something and I felt I was over punished.

One of them suggest me take this a step further and do another grievance. So I have 2 ongoing grievances against this guy now. One for over discipline one for harassment and intimidation. Also after letting my co-workers know they were all shocked. Its actually motivating others to start job hunting. A few actually will be putting in their notice soon so I feel like I'm starting a movement here. On the other hand I think some coworkers are actually ore worried seeing that I leaving the company after trying to stand up for myself. I hope what happened to me won't deter people from fighting for themselves. I know in my case I'm almost forced out of my job but at the end of the day it was my decision and I have a good job lined up.

I'm leaving in style serving him 2 grievances. Proud of myself and I know Im leaving with my head held high. Hopefully this will eithernget him fired, disciplined or at least not treat someone like again. Also, before me he already forced out another employee and a few others changed departments. He's the absolute worse but I found out the company was the source of all evil. They're letting him or even encouraging this behaviour.
