Left out on tips.

I live in a medicinal cannabis state as a patient advocate. We get tipped just as servers do and at the end of our shifts our tips are split. Usually if someone left there tips behind me being the caring person put their tips to the side. Unfortunately for my case I return for mine and its been split between the people. How should I approach this situation?
