Had my second child in the beginning of August. I have been with the same company for 3 years. I’ve watched them grow into a million dollar company.
I reached out about coming back at the end of September. I kept getting no clear answer about my return. Finally after 2 weeks of bull crap. I get told they no longer can accommodate me needing off on Tuesdays anymore (due to mental health appointments. It’s been this way for 3 years now) that they only hire full time employees. I don’t fit into their business model. So working 32hrs a week to them isnt full time.
