Basically the title. I work at a certain chain grocery store and just found out they’re going to be dropping all departments down to minimum wage for new hires going forward. Previously most areas paid 2-3 dollars more and those already in the position will be keeping their wages. Should I encourage new hires to discuss their wages with their co workers because of the discrepancy in their pay? I’m just looking for advice.
Side note the manager of the store received a quarter of a million dollar bonus last year on top of his yearly Salary.
