Morning y'all,
I believe a few weeks ago, a post was made by a nursing manager that had discussed her proposal for incentive pay, call out pay, etc. That was initially turned down and then trialed I believe with great success in reducing the amount of shifts with short staffing.
I'm asking if anyone knows the post and if they can link it. My wife is being asked for similar ideas, and I wanted to see if she could propose the same to hopefully force better working conditions and pay for those shifts.
