Lucked out where I work.

After seeing all the shitty stories and whatnot of awful places to work, I think I've got it pretty good. One week pto after ninety days, two weeks at the year mark and goes up every few years. Has paternity/maternity leave (2 weeks paid), still not as good as EU but for the US not bad. Most positions are $16 to start at least where I live. Insurance is God awful expensive for family care but whatever I guess, and mostly good management aside from the couple shit stains here and there. Don't usually get bothered at lunch, unless you are a driver like me and barely get a lunch. Much better than some of the other shit places I have been to. I feel spoiled now.
