Malicious Compliance time re micromanager?

I've just passed probation at my new job. I'm an HR Generalist. I have a baby in daycare and she has been sick a lot. After she gets sick, I get sick. It's been awful. My company has 10 PTO days for personal and 25 paid sick days. I've been doing my best to either come in when sick and work for work from home. When I'm at home with my baby sometimes she needs my attention so I'm away from my computer but I always get my job done. If I need to work later or login extra early… whatever, I do what I need to do. I've been sent home twice and told to stay home until I am better. My company has 10 PTO days for personal and 25 paid sick days. I've been doing my best to either come in when sick and work for work from home. When I'm at home with my baby sometimes she needs my attention so I'm away from my computer but I always get my job done. If I need to work later or login extra early… whatever, I do what I need to do. I've been sent home twice and told to stay home until I am better. Today I got in trouble for taking too many sick days and then in the same conversation got in trouble for when im working from home I once took an hour to reply to an email and my Teams icon often shows away or busy. My boss then told me she needs to know where I am at all times and if I work 30 min early she needs to know or if I'm 10 min getting back from lunch late she needs to know. I said thats not going to work for me. I can't work comfortably being monitored like that. I suggested as a resolution how about we start over and i will do better at communicating with her and if she can trust me to manage my time and get all my work done without having to track time that closely? She said No and then she doubled down and said she needs to know where I am every minute I'm not in my office chair and she will give me time to think it over. More was said that just belittled me and made me feel like absolute shit but im too upset it type it all

After bawling my eyes out in my office, I got a call from the daycare at 230pm saying my baby is sick (3/4 of her class is away sick) and she can't go to daycare tomorrow.

So I asked my Daycare Director for a note and told my boss as much as I want to get some work done tomorrow, I can't guarantee being available 100% or not being away for over an hour caring for a sick baby, so I won't be working at all.
