Maybe it could be paranoia, but for the past 5 years I’ve worked at my job, management has always smiled at me if I walk past, said hello, come over and want an update on how the day is going. Since I put my 2 week in, it’s been crickets. They don’t even look at me, they walk past me like I’m invisible. It’s super weird….they haven’t even said anything to me about it.
