After almost 2 months, i still not an official employee even though it said in the contract is 1 months training. Salary of unofficial part-time barista is 1 dollar PER HOUR ( I live in poor country lol )
After soft opening. I have to said that new boss and some co-workers are asshole. They push me to wash dirty glass. Call me slow recipes leaner and lazy to ask where all the tools to put it back meanwhile i spend more than 85% of my time at work to washing dirty glass like wtf??? I accidentally broke one glass and they changed me $10 meanwhile when another new worker broke it. They just swipe it and act like nothing happened. Alot of stuff broken too but only silent remaining.
When i asked them questions, they give me answer with shitty attitude and annoying tone. I know the Area manager and she asked how is work and i answer her exactly that im doing at that time.
Today i go to work, the bar manager call me out that like i have spoken to everyone in the restaurant about her “forcing” to washing glass only. And reminded me that im only a part-time barista and she could use her power to transfer me to another restaurant.
I told her i asked another co-worker to help washing but she refused and BM told me because she is a full-time, she do set up the morning. They act like i can't wake up early and give me ridiculous work time when im not good enough to stand solo at the bar.
The company i work have a cat phase: “Be honest”
And she hate me because I'm being honest???
