That was the tldr: I was basically the closer in a restaurant but it would be 10 hours. I told my manager this and he said to only do 8. I said it would not give me enough time to clean and basically said it's okay.
He then saw on cameras after he left that I was cleaning off the clock for 10 minutes to not be a jerk to the openers (I didn't mind) and clocked me back in.
I told him he told me to only to do 8 and was already gone. Granted I only wanted to do 8, and he saw me on the cameras for 8 and a quarter, but I left after that.
I'm trippin about repercussions…
