my manager is totally fine or at least he was, i can only work a certain number of hours a day and he’s taking that to the an extent i can’t stand. see i only work part time as a pizza delivery driver and we don’t have a lot of drivers as well as inside workers. for the past of couple of weeks it’s been fine just 5 hour shifts with two off days. but here lately it’s been 6 days a week without
asking me as well as pushing my hours over so instead of 9:00 it’s more like 10:45. i understand that a lot of people won’t think much of it but i only work as much as i can due to certain mental and physical hurtles i’m trying to overcome. i have no idea what to do cuz it’s good money where i am and what i do but my hours keep my from seeing anyone in my family or even friends. he doesn’t even ask before making a schedule if what was made is okay. i don’t like asking for the schedule to be changed cuz it puts others at a standstill if he calls them in, plus i’ve noticed him getting aggressive towards my coworkers. this working shit is fucking crazy.
