Absolutely insane!! I am Never gone longer then 10 minutes either & only go to the bathroom when I have served everyone in my section their main course & dessert. I nearly had a panic attack at work after this and was on edge, like I literally disassociated until my shift ended. Time to look for a new job. Kinda weird this manager shits on me like this, yet residents have nice things to say about me to her, and say I provide good service.
