Manager sent me home because I looked “tired”.

Currently working as a barista at a brunch place. This place is owned by 2 people who also act as our managers. One of them is patient and understanding and the other is a shitface. I came in to work as a waiter but due to the little experience I had as a barista I was offered a position behind the bar. At that point I was looking desperately for something and I accepted. 2 months now I've learned the recipes of their specialties and now I'm figuring out the delivery part. Lately I've been feeling like I'm made great progress and I thought about finally asking about a proper pay (still being paid as a trainee although I was promised a raise after the first 2 weeks).

Today I was in my position dealing with the espresso machine and after I took care of all the orders at the time, I laid with my back for a second next to the machine. The shitface sees me and comically mimics me by stretching his arms all over the bar mocking me. He asks me what I'm doing and I say I've done all and just waiting for the next orders. He looks at me and says that we had talked about behavior in the shop in a previous meeting (that I had to rush out of school just to make it in time, although it was outside of working hours and we weren't getting paid… 2 hours of him complaining). Anyways, he says I looked tired and I should go outside and talk to him. I go out and he says I should go home and just come tomorrow… I look at him dumbfounded. “Just take your stuff, rest and come tomorrow” he says.

I work 5 days a week and studying law full time. In day like this I asked to work some extra hours (without overtime) just so I could get a livable salary. Right now, the washing machine broke down, I have phone and wifi bills to pay, electricity bill creeping up and yet can't go back to my family for Xmas and new years because the shop is open even on holidays. Our tips (which was my selling point) is exclusively controlled by the bosses. I pay 400 euros on rent and another 400 on school… I make 750 per month base and if it was a good month 250 tips. I basically barely live off of the tips.

I'm slowly losing my mind and can't figure out if I'm quiet fired or not. What is happening?
