I work in manufacturing for a very small company and I am helping them get ISO 9000 certified by developing a calibration program for the test instruments we use in house. I am developing work instructions to calibrate a piece of equipment I don't work on, and I sent the draft to my boss and of course the instructions had some holes in it because I am not normally involved with this piece of equipment. He did the boomer thing of getting frustrated at me because I had the audacity of not knowing something, and obviously I should have known even though I don't use the equipment. So I got frustrated back and said I think my coworker should do these work instructions because he actually uses the equipment. Manager told me “come on dude get motivated.”
Bruh I can barely pay my bills. We get paid monthly and I am already projected to lose 10% of the check I got at the beginning of this month and this month isn't even over yet. How the fuck am I supposed to get motivated when I am getting closer to not being able to pay my rent.
