They stole most of my commissions and as a result I'm not motivated anymore. I'm a high performer bringing a lot of money in, so obviously promising a big commission and then taking most of it away because of currency exchange rate fucked with my mind.
So today, my manager came in and said she wrote me up because the director was not okay with someone like me having a poor performance. She also said this is the first warning and after 3 they would fire me, so I should get my shit together.
Honestly fuck them. I'm doing the bare minimum until I find another job.
