Stop defending managers. I see all these posts and comments on here “oh but i love my manager” “my manager is good” The position is an evil position and they are your enemy. They are people chosen by the business or corporation to exploit you for profit. I dont care if you think they're your best friend and they blow you every night. Theyre all evil. Supervisors on the other hand can be good people, theyre usually just regular employees with extra responsibilities and a tiny bit of authority.
