Managers constantly give themselves their breaks and lunch while i have to wait

Everyday at work, my front end managers, who come in at like 8am 10am while im in at 7am, constantly put themselves on break and lunch before me, even though my break and lunch is scheduled before theirs and i come into work before them. Its so frustrating
