Managers forcing staff to become content creators

Has anyone else working in retail (particularly smaller/”family” buisnesses) had to deal with management constantly saying that all staff has to crate video/photo content for sites like Instagram/tiktok? My last few workplaces have had this and it is so infuriating – this isn't my job description, and I already have a million other things to do, and they expect all the staff to become skilled at lighting and videography. How do I politely tell all the higher-ups to fuck off and stop being so cheap and to actually hire a fucking social media manager??
