Mass layoffs with potential law violations. Need advice.

I work for a National retailer conglomerate consisting of 8 brands. I am on the National admin team directly reporting to the C-suite. Because of the connection, one of the execs gave me a heads up over the weekend this was coming. Without warning for most, this morning an email was sent to all staff saying essentially all staff are terminated effective immediately. Thanks for your contribution. That’s it. What do I do next? I live in Iowa for reference and the company is headquartered in Georgia (there is a corporate office in my state as well). I am aware of the Iowa WARN act, however, not sure what to do about it. Do I file for unemployment? Am I entitled to severance? Expert advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
