Maybe beat unemployment insurance? (US)

I am currently out of work going on 5 months and usually make a good living (but still paycheck to paycheck) However, I think my age (55), and a few other factors are causing the silence in my current job search. I have the opportunity to make enough money that it looks like I will beat unemployment by may be $500 a month On the other hand, this means I will be less available to interview if I actually do get interviews. In general things will be harder schedule. Currently every penny of unemployment $ is going to CORBA health insurance (can’t do Medi-cal for complicated reasons). Im the breadwinner. I have an autistic child and another neurotypical teen boy. So mom is the full time caregiver for our autistic son and really can’t get into the workforce. Should I take the job? Hours also may suck. Should I take the job? Hours also may suck. But the work is pretty chill (it’s an upscale Uber). I’m 55 years old and might have to start work at 5 am. Also have psychological illness that could be exacerbated by lack of sleep. And the resulting bad mood would put my relationship with my family at risk.

I’m really lost and don’t know what to do . I hate the days and days of getting no replies to my résumé. I hate the rejection after rejection.

I’ve been looking for tons of different alternatives and so far nothing has worked out.

I tried retail because they happen to offer health insurance after 90 days. I lasted 3 weeks as I got exhausted and felt I would most likely have a heart attack if I continued working from open to close- alone in the store.

Help, I’m going to cry!
