now i have a meeting with HR thursday morning and want to know how i should go about it. they have evidence of the call logs for months showing i didn’t take calls. should i just own up to it and explain that my mental health got the better of me and i’m willing to pay back the wages? since the job is associated with my school, i’m worried of other consequences like expulsion or holding off my graduation. i basically just want this to be over with and not have to think about it anymore because it’s eating me alive and my mental health can’t take much more.
