Some of us want per diem/part time work. We don’t all want full time. Give people the shifts/positions they desire. Not everyone wants to work dayshift. Not everyone wants to work night shift. Introduce the Baylor weekend program. Hospitals may not have such a high turn over rate!
Just saying this because I just an interview with some silly recruiter that tried to force me into a full time night position. The recruiter stated out of her mouth “I see you’ve applied for many per diem and part time positions but let’s discuss this full time night position”. Especially after I told her I can’t physically stay awake for a full time night position lol I can do part time but I need time to recover from nights. (I also have a small child so sleeping immediately after work isn’t always a guarantee)
