My advice to job seekers

When looking for another job remember that you are a LOT more likely to get another job while you have a job. Do not quit unless you have no choice. Take photos of your timecard daily. Keep records of any abuse. Write it done right away, don't rely on your memory. Email them to yourself. Create a folder in your email just for this and timecard photos. If you find it necessary to record conversations buy a small digital recorder. Recordings might come in handy to a lawyer. DO NOT TELL ANY COWORKERS THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB. Trust no one. You may think that someone you work with is a friend and they might rat you out. When you go to quit if they offer you more money tell them to put it in writing. But then quit anyway. After all if you were worth more money…

There is no law in the USA that requires you to put in two weeks. And remember that they will not give you two weeks if they fire you. Screw them.

When you are looking another job have them give you details of your duties and pay in writing.
