My boss always wants to know what we’re using our PTO for. What are some uncomfortable excuses?

Whenever someone on my team takes PTO, my boss pretends he’s been friendly and asking what you’re up to, but in reality he’s just nosy and dying to know what you are doing with your time off. (He’s mostly paranoid that you have an interview for another job.) What are some uncomfortable excuses we could give him to embarrass him and help him understand that’s it’s none of his business what we do with our PTO? He’s very religious/conservative, so for example, I could tell him I have an appointment at Planned Parenthood or am getting my medical marijuana prescription filled. Any other ideas?
