My boss & my manager said i should let it go as they’d already warned him & he’d stopped now. But I still feel unsafe living in the same house with him (we live with some other staffs). Also, when i see his face, it reminds me of the shitty things he said to me. My boss said i should be professional, not letting personal things affect the work. My boss seems not to understand as she said that the harasser wanna flirt with me but coming too strong. BUT ACTUALLY, IT’S NOT ANYTHING CLOSE TO FLIRTING, IT’S SEXUAL HARASSMENT. Now, he’s changed his behaviour at work, such as being more unhelpful to get me working harder. My manager can see this too. She’s told my boss to fire him (for him being lazier, not sexually harassing me), but my boss feels pity for him as he’s likely not to be able to find any jobs (he’s incompetent).
