So It's been a month since I started working in this goldwork.
I worked for free the first three days while having another fulltime job at night.
Of course the boss was aware of this, but I couldn't refuse, because I would have been fired even before signing the darn contract.
I asked my colleague where was the bathroom( the 2° day of work) and he answered me, the boss saw us.
Right after peeing i saw him enter while I was washing my hands…
He does have this type of behaviour with me and this is frustrating because I feel like a darn thief, which I'm not.
Every day I melt more than 1'100'000 € of gold (20 kg circa).
It's a lot of responsibility for me, but to be honest I would rather have a “normal” job and be treated with respect.
Be happy with your “normal” job especially if everyone treats you right and you feel well paid.
