My boss of one and half years was like this from the very beginning
He doesn’t want me sitting on my desk with my phone, but I don’t have any other work, I’ve asked him to give me something to do a punch of times and have done every single thing he asks of me.
At my job we all don’t work much, we’re in government, so not much work. But he nags me because “you’re wasting your potential”. When I spent my time honing my writing skills or reading anything he didn’t like me doing “non-work related things”. Then what am I supposed to do???? Every time he said something I’d say just give me anything and I’d do it.
