I've recently started a new job four months ago while attending school. Being hired in, I told my manager that my class schedule will fluctuate depending on the semester and she acknowledged it. I was hired in part-time, working four days a week and I recently told her that I need to narrow my days down to three days a week because of my class load. She agreed to it, then the following day after she agreed, she told me that since I'm unable to work four days, she will be changing my whole job duties and description to ONLY stocking and cleaning and that's not what I signed up for. She's basically demoting me from what I currently do, I'm in specialized sales. I can't even fathom her dumbass logic and really need to quit for my own mental sake.
