My boss is trying to make big plans, but she doesn’t know I’ve found a new job, I feel guilty about it.

My boss’s boss is the reason I’m leaving. He’s a real effing asshole and I’ve been looking forward to this day for 2 years. However, my immediate boss is is a dream. Couldn’t ask for a better person. The 2up boss is a micro-managing egomaniac that I’ve butted heads with ever since he was hired 4 years ago. My immediate boss quit because of it (along with about 30 others) and her replacement is one of the nicest, most considerate persons I’ve ever met. Feel like I’m lying to her by not telling her that none of her big plans are going to work out. I’m the only one that knows my job and she’s going to be screwed when I put in my notice. Still have a month before I can make it official. Do I tell her, or just let it play out?
