This is on a throwaway so this doesn’t somehow come back to me.
At our job, anyone who works 8 hours or more gets 1 hour of break. Anyone who doesn’t gets 30 minutes. My brother and I used to work 8 hours, but I injured myself while working and they didn’t like that so they put us in the back to do menial tasks. This didn’t take as long so now we usually work 4-5 hours a day.
You’re probably thinking “oh well now they’re breaks are 30 minutes”
NOPE. Our breaks WERE 30 minutes but they were cut to 15.
My manager pisses me off sometimes.
By the way, while the work is menial, it is also physically active. So the 4 hours that we are working are still hard.
