So basically once I complete my 40 hour work week I will sometimes have some work to do over the weekend, there are certain specific “tasks” that need to be done and I don't get paid hourly for them because I get paid by the task. One task I did took over 5 hours and that task was worth $50, hourly that would be about $9.50/hr which is nothing close to overtime pay. Is this legal or is my boss just a giant A-hole?
