my boss sent me home early and clocked me out early, so i had to bust out the union contract that states i am to be paid for a full day regardless

he sent me home bc i was on my phone. over last 6 months i was elected shop steward to the union and ive been teaching my coworkers their rights, and even brought our union rep in to discuss serious problems at our workplace, which my boss has taken personally and has been trying to find any excuse to fire me. buckle up, buckaroos! 🤠
