My boss shorted my pay by 11 minutes and I’m frustrated about it

I work in customer service. Everyone in a customer service/call center environment knows you have to log into a phone system every shift to get incoming calls, log times, etc. It’s all monitored and can be tracked at any time. We also clock in and clock out in a different application. Two weeks ago (beginning of the pay period), I took my hour lunch break and logged back into the phone on time, but forgot to clock in on time. I normally get back from lunch and immediately start working on my emails if it’s busy. I’ve always been that way. Work first, then chill once tasks are done. I clocked back in 11 minutes late. No big deal as that can be fixed and I wasn’t late due to the fact i was logged in on my phone. I immediately informed my boss after realizing through chat since we were working from home. No response, no acknowledgment. I then tell my boss in person the next day about it. They tell me that they fix and check everyone’s time card before approving it to ensure no time is missed. I said okay cool. Makes sense to me. We then have a one on one meeting the following week. They ask, “do you have anything for me?”. I mentioned my time not being fixed for a third time. And they say the same thing as earlier. That they double check all time cards at once to ensure no time is missed.

Our pay period closes at 12pm EST on Monday’s. Once that time passes, time cards cannot be fixed and you’re sol. Boss says in our chat “hey I am going through now and fixing time cards”. I’m thinking, great. My time will finally get fixed. As of today, Tuesday, my time Is not fixed. I’m livid. I know 11 minutes isn’t much, but that’s not why I’m upset. I’m frustrated because I had to ask on three separate occasions to have my time fixed and it wasn’t. I have composed an email to send to my manager to address and fix the situation. Should I? Has anyone been in this situation before?

I appreciate you all taking the time to read this.
