My co-worker comes in every day smelling like cat piss. Boss won’t do anything about it.

This is a huge issue in a small office. I work right next to this woman. I just started and she sits in the same room as me. She told me she has five cats the day I started. They are mostly feral and on day one, I smelled a foul unmistakable odor of cat pee. By the second week, it got stronger. It was so strong that one woman came into the office from outside and immediately said “what smells in here?”. I am a very clean person. I became concerned people thought it may be me but thankfully my coworker walked right up to me yesterday and told me she can't take it anymore. She said everyone in the office is complaining. It's that bad. This same coworker demanded our main boss do something. This boss runs and owns the office. My boss said I should speak up…

This same coworker demanded our main boss do something. This boss runs and owns the office.

My boss said I should speak up instead since I work with her. I am not doing this. I have been there two weeks. It's very obvious the cats are spraying her shoes or clothes.

Yesterday, I considered leaving and ghosting the place because I could barely breathe. I'm highly allergic to cats and the smell is just unbearable.

What should I do?
