My company is a circus and I don’t like being a clown

In late March I moved back to my own country (in Europe) because I got a great job opportunity. Basically the same role I had but senior level and bigger salary. After 1 month I already despise my company and my client's company. The lack of communication is horrendous. Everything's organised so poorly I didn't even get a training for the systems they're using. A girl who was supposed to train me literally said that she won't and that's it. End of the subject. Also, the way they work is very outdated, as there's so many irrelevant things the client requires us to do(bureaucracy), just for the sake of doing them. It's like a cherry on the top of a cake, and I hate cherries. It's making me angry and anxious, but I was planning to stay there till early autumn (that's when my finances would stabilise – with this…

Should I start sending out CV's again or just live with it for the next 5 months ?
